Colostrum you can take anywhere. New Zealand bovine colostrum in a capsule, for travel, work or days when you'd rather not mix a drink.

• 455mg bovine colostrum powder from New Zealand
• Coated with New Image™'s patented Alpha Lipid™ milk phospholipid, which is both water and fat soluble

How to take them

Take 2 capsules daily on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours after eating. For children, the capsule can be twisted open and sprinkled onto food.

Lactose and milk

Colostrum is naturally lower in lactose than milk: roughly 0.1g of lactose per 1g of colostrum powder. Two capsules give about 0.9g of colostrum, so the lactose works out lower than in half a teaspoon of milk. If you have a milk protein allergy, don't take them. If you are lactose intolerant, check with your doctor first.
