How long does one tin last?
About 4 weeks for one person taking the recommended 16g a day.
Water or milk?
Either. Shake 1½ scoops with 150–250ml, or add it to your morning smoothie.
Who shouldn't take it?
It isn't suitable for children under 5. It contains milk. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor first.
